I was watching some streamers when this season dropped. Well, first I started the game, went to game mode, but there was no Control and was forced Skulltown for 3 days, so anyway, went on Twitch instead. They all started with this Vantage character, but most stopped playing her after 4-8 games. GuhRL tried but also had to go with something that actually gave her team some abilities to work with.
Went on Hakis now, no Vantage, he's playing Crypto actually. 😂
But yeah, she seems... yes. Who snipes on Apex anyway? I doubt the Cringe Rifle people are gonna switch out their ray-gun for an actual sniper rifle.
@CCbathwater Plenty of people use sniper. Myself included. I've had plenty of games where final ring was long range shootouts instead of CQ sweat fests.

@Lord_Scorpion34 Not that I ever get to see a final ring as everyone is dead before ring 4, but I see an occasional sweet little boy/girl attempting to use the Sentinel and miss everything, bless them. Otherwise it's just some sweaty 3-stack with cringe rifles.It's early, yes, but to me, she's actually OP! lol
She basically has her own jump pad, lots of recon info, and her ult is pretty damn amazing if you're landing shots, not to mention the regen is very fast on both her passive and ult.
First ult shot is 50, 2nd shot is 100, it's double the damage, you're basically running around with a pocket kraber.
I can easily see her being meta in the near future.
