Very low fps

My fiance that is running a 5800x and 3080 gpu is getting crazy low fps after this update. She’s only getting 70-100 and the game is very laggy. She used to get up to 240 and e-district is absolutely unplayable it crashes or she only gets 50 fps. Any help with this or ideas to why?
