Aim assist not working!

Hallo im trying to use controller on this game, in many video about tutorial of aim assist, i see they enable it on lock deadzone, but its not working on me.
I have 2 question:
1. Do some gamepads/controllers just not workring?
2. Because I use ds3 so I use additional applications such as scptoolkit or dshidmini
