Combat Survivalist Skin

Random question, but I haven't seen anyone mention this Lifeline skin over the past 6 months after I searched. Is there any possibility that this skin may come back? I saw that it's been exactly 2 years since it was last in the shop, but I'm not sure if that's 100% true.
