It's entirely possible but I think at the moment she will remain as a plot device, this new map will be an exciting thing to see and I'm looking forward to seeing how the devs make it different from the other two.
@Cabowse I agree, remember when they teased Forge and we got Rev? Ash seemed incomplete so I think more is to come.
