@DarthValtrex I was being sarcastic, and Gibralter is definitely not as OP as you make him out to be. All you need to do is change up your playstyle when fighting him, his greatest assets are his 15% damage reduction, and his gunshield. I'll admit the recharge is a little too fast, but it's definitely not in the OP category. Fighting Gibralter is all about taking small windows of opportunity to deal damage, and forcing the micromanagement of his shield into your hands. Rapidly, randomly, and infrequently peeking and poking him will force him to either fall back or keep his shield up permanently (which is to your benefit). Out of cover, adopt a hit and run playstyle, focus firing with your teammates at angles he can't protect with his gunshield, or abusing cover and your innate movement skills to mulch through his shield and health. Watch for the rotate, and punish him for thinking it's safe to leave cover. Gibralter is not meant to be faced directly in a coverless 1v1, and as such you have to adapt to that by creating distance, abusing cover, micromanaging his shield, blitzing him down with heavy hitting weapons (like shotguns) or simply backing off and calling for help.
