Community Admin@WerawulfazI can't even log on still says controller disconnected idk I can't find anyone with my problem..my kids all have regular Xbox s an they are playing with no problems.. An when I try to just join them from invite it force closes apex idk but this is crazy
I'm having the same problem with my Razer controller. The series X controller seems to work fine but the sound is very low.
Yeah If I have the series x controller turned on I can log in using it, but Apex doesn't register that the Razer is plugged in. I can open the game in the Xbox menu using the Razer, but once Apex opens it just gives me a "Controller Disconnected" prompt and won't acknowledge any input from the controller.
