Can wattson have a buff where it tells you if a enemy shield is being charged of her ultimate

@Sir_Named Yes. Can confirm. Wattson main here. Two circles show up after placing the pylon. The "inner circle", one closest to the pylon lets you throw equipment. The "outer circle", charges your shields.
@ColdHours I think you can throw from anywhere though, like the patch notes say. I'll try this out in Firing Range, though, but those are the patch notes. (Also, I've seen that inner circle.)

Also from my last response. Outer circle and inner circle charge shields. The outer one shows where the charging capabilities end.
