WeChat Pay purchase issue - request refund for Apex Legends coins

Hello, I made a purchase of 6700 Apex Legends coins via WeChat Pay on the EA App on March 14, 2026, 17:43:14. I accidentally bought the wrong amount and the coins have not been used in the game. My order number is #1007980835408. I would like to request a full refund for this order. Could someone from EA help me resolve this issue?

I am unable to submit the self-service refund form and there is no customer service channel available. Therefore, I have to seek help here. Thank you.

    It has been more than 24 hours and I still haven't received the recharged Apex Coins.
