Weird queues with only 2 squads?

I repeatedly queue up and it starts the match with only 2 squads. I'm not sure if it is some type of low priority queue or what it is. I can't seem to get an answer out of the AHQ chat as the only advice i can get is "try a different server", which doesn't help. This has been happening for about a week across about 15 matches. Any clarification about what this is or how to escape it would be appreciated.

Sometimes few people are in que?
If it was only 15 matches in a week.

@Wingmannedbro To be clear - it happened in every single match I played, 15 consecutive matches. Then I stopped playing completely because its not a fun game with 6 people.

@aspyr2 Sounds like your in the “cheaters” lobby.

I assumed it was some sort of low priority pool for leaving or something. I didn't receive any explanation for this "cheating". Is it a permanent lobby or will I ever be able to return to the regular matchmaking?

@aspyr2 Not if you got caught cheating.
