What are the Best Settings for Apex Legends?

I've found that a lot of people change up their settings differently for competitive games, like Apex. What are some settings that can help with overall performance when playing Apex?

I typically turn off Ambient Occlusion and Shadow Detail in games like this. Do you guys use these same settings or do you personally do something different to give yourself a boost in matches?
