What are those icons next to legendary skins?
I was looking at bloodhound skins and noticed some items have some sort of fuming icon next to them. I bought the 3 counters with the icons and they formed bloodhound next to them, and I noticed other things have the icon too, so what does it mean?

They show where a skin came from, and represent a variety of things. In no particular order: Battle pass seasons, event prize tracks, collection events, thematic events, legend token recolors. Google the name of the skin and you'll find out what the symbol you see stands for.
