What is this over 20GB update?

Remember the crowd reaching for pitchforks and torches regarding muzzle flash....

Well, that fix was a big one, map needed changes to accommodate said muzzle flash fix.

That would most likely explain the size of this update.

Not to mention, maybe KC's latest version to be implemented for rank? 

Just some meta changes, bug fixes and prob some future content that comes with this patch to make next patches lighter.

Now Im looking at a 33 gig dl thats going to take 10 hours.

I'm on Xbox and for me it's a 32.98 GB update... However, I have a theory about why it seems bigger than it really is...

Before I started the update, I had about 72 GB of free space on my internal HD... Now that it's installing the update, I have 89.7 GB of free space... WHAT?!?!?! That's not how it's supposed to work!

My idea is this update basically uninstalled all the previous updates and condensed and packaged them into this new update and made it take up less space than before.

My update was only 16.3 GB. Took like 5 minutes. 

The System Override update has a bigger patch size than usual, this is due to optimization and changes of the internal file structure.

The update will be the following sizes depending on your platform:

• 18.5 GB on PS4

• 16.3 GB on PC

• 32 GB on Xbox One

Your update, filesize and download time may vary.

@Koochi-Q least give me the chance to say it... ☹️ 

But wow I'd like to know why we got it bigger than other systems 🤨
