Time is valued more than anything else now, I mean cmon you have to see the problem here.
As i Said i understand what their intention was but it shifted completely in the opposite direction.
And btw if you wanna win algs you will actually have to fight. Kill kp is an essential part of reaching the points needed to win that thing.
Also why do you believe a battle Royale would be only about placing high and kp just beeing a side thing ? It’s called battle not camp Royale.
By that logic everyone should get minus points aside from the winner because only they won and all other 19 teams lost.
There needs to be a balance between placement and kp and this is clearly not given when I go out in silver wtih minus points when I have 6 kills and place 11 lol. While team 10 goes out with plus 20 with 0 kp and dmg …This has absolutely zero to do with competition.what you might not see here, but team 10 only placed 10th because my team dropped 2 teams and us dropping after. So if we didn’t fight the before 10th team would’ve gone out as 13th. So the only reason they actually got points was because other people fought… that sounds very deserving and competitive, great players Ngl
That’s just boring gameplay that only values time and nothing else.
keep in mind in algs there are no multipliers for kp, wich means kills always have the same value. Having 6kp gives more points than placing 4th… even if you would go out as 16th. That’s how it should be, the whole multiplier system is horrible I am surprised that respawn still didn’t get it when even algs is not using such a terrible system
