The best way to get rid of your hardware ban is by contacting the ToS team.
You said you were banned right away so that sounds a bit unfair.
Give them a chance to look into this situation and lift the ban if they find something that's not right.EA Help - Contact the Terms of Service team
Changing parts aren't really the way to avoid bans and can you get banned again really quick again.
