What's the crack with SEER!?

Right so I don't mind playing as Seer or against him. What's everyones main issues with him? What would you like to see changed? I'm really interested to know!

@rockyboy1998 There's like 8 different threads full of seer rants you can browse lol, there's also basically every single apex sub reddit to choose from too lol. 😛
