What's the crack with SEER!?

Passive is most powerful in game as you can literally spam it all the time and know where everyone is.
Tactical does everything (heal cancel, damage, seizure flash, highlight of enemy including health) so that's the best in the game now. Oh and it works through an infinite amount of walls.
Ultimate is a constant bloodhound scan that also shows more information.

Anyone still playing bloodhound for scanning over seer is insane.

Suggested changes- delete him and start over. 😉

Passive should be on a cooldown that is short.

Tactical should only highlight and stop heals of enemies in line of sight. Similar to revenant tactical.

Ultimate thing should be less health and more obvious of position.
