What's the crack with SEER!?
Right so I don't mind playing as Seer or against him. What's everyones main issues with him? What would you like to see changed? I'm really interested to know!

@rockyboy1998 Seer’s passive needs a meter that runs out just like Valk’s passive or just rework it. As for the tactical they can remove the flash and the 10 damage for starters. The ultimate just needs a longer cooldown. Well that’s what I would do if I were in DZK’s position. Oh wait….
- @Cheese9Man wouldn't be surprised at all if this was DZK's legend idea, you know since he thinks Wattson needs a nerf...
