What's the point of ranked if you can get lobbies with other ranks?

@y1ang121 Perhaps if they would at least split the ranks halfway, I.e. only match Plat IVs with other Plat IVs and IIIs, and match Plat I with Plat 1 and 2 etc, far from an ideal solution but it would at least stop the dreaded IV mixing with 1 problem
