Whats with the phase ability?

I absolutely hate this! It's so annoying and is costing me vital kills and advanx=cement in games. The amount of times enemies phase away only to be killed with one bullet by a teammate or a third party is now beyond a joke. I estimate that I have been robbed of about 50 kills so far this season. Seriosuly Respawn who ever thought of this should be fined  a weeks wages.

Please for the love of God remove it. It diesn't save you except for the very rare occasion, so I have no idea what the point of it is.

    @i-Norm Its a Rift Relic. When the player is about to be knocked, it would put them in a phase.

    There's also other Rift Relics, such as one that heals nearby teammates as well as yourself, (which is overpowered when used by a support legend as it applies double healing to the teammates as well), and hover boots which is a Titanfall thing, but that's currently disabled due to game breaking bugs.

    Also keep in mind that the purple packs that are spawning around the map is what contains these items.

    These packs also contain weapons, such as the Spitfire, (back when it was heavy ammo), the Wingman, (skull hopup and digital threats), G7, (with sniper optics), and the Prowler, (with selectfire and the 2x-4x scope).

    @i-NormI agree. Per the explanation this sounds like a good idea, but it doesn't work at all in practice. It doesn't warp you far enough away from where you get knocked to really matter. I always die right after coming out of the phase. I actually have had better luck this season using wraith and phasing right before I'm going to die in a fight.

    For instance, it told me to be wraith 4 times in battle pass dailies so I used wraith for the first time in like 2 seasons, and I actually got a kill since this cheater had 2 of my teammates almost gone and I phased and went behind and finished him off before he could even see where I went. While he was doing his fancy flipping crap and knocking my two teammates I shot him from behind (he was already cracked) so this shows me just using Wraith will give you a better advantage over advantage players than the rift relic will. With the rift relic they should have it heal you or warp you far enough away where it acts as a second chance. The way it is now it serves no purpose.

    @AymCTL What they were meaning was that they find it annoying when they had almost knocked someone down, and that player would then instantly phase away using the Rift Relic.

    @Midnight9746 I was responding to the "It doesn't save you except for the very rare occasion, so I have no idea what the point of it is" part. This is what I was agreeing with. It would be frustrating though to miss out on a kill this way as rare as it is to get them this season.
