Go to Apex Tracker website, select your platform and fill in your gamer tag. It should show your lvl on the top.
Also, when level cap was increased to 500, everyone's level was reset to 100 so we won't count those levels if you happen to know that, so that everyone is on the same page.

@MandatoryIDtagIt shows what you have equipped on your banner. Say if you had kills equipped at 1000 kills and then you removed it, it will not update the kills after that.
Lvl is always accurate I think
It's not up to date , I don't know how it works honestly but it's a nice thing to have since we don't have official tool to track status .

@maximas1986 My lifetime stats got removed somehow, but I ain't complaining. Keeps my lifetime KDR secret lol
