I've noticed during when players are dropping in, Some players are glowing or "charged". Sometimes its the whole team, sometimes its just one player. I thought it was the Champions Squad at first but...
If your talking about the electricity from legends (blue or red). That's the ranked season 1 rewards for diamond and apex predator players. That's was announced at the start of ranked.
