When will i get an heirloom?

Question

I played for a long time took a pause and then started again. I can gaurantee i opened more then 500 packs. I had and finished a multiple battlepasses long ago and almost finished this seasons and am 393ed level atm. I still didnt get a single heirloom was there a change? Is it still that it is guaranteed a heirloom after 500 packs? Is there a way to check how many packs i actually opened that isnt the pack calculator since i dont remember the passes from long ago?

The community made countless requests to add the pack counter to the game, but this is EA we're talking about.

Do you truly think that EA will make any effort to improve the quality of life changes for players... for free? Please.

Greed is EA's motto, and they won't do anything for anyone if it doesn't get them money.

All you can do is just hope that soon enough, you will get your heirloom.Otherwise, there is nothing you can do to tell how many more packs til guaranteed heirloom : )&nbsp;
