Where are the legendary care package guns?

@hayhor I had prowler tonight and the other night.. Been a minute since I've seen a Kraber, but the Kraber is really rare. I only see them a handful of times a week. Found a few PK's the last few nights as well, both on care packages and enemies using them.

Nothing quite like a PK shot to the face to make you panic late game.
