semiprocon If any of those hardware devices provides an unfair advantage, then no, those devices won't be allowed in the ALGS. (Keep in mind that every device you bring to the ALGS is subject to a review, (which to my knowledge, if the device is not allowed, you would be provided with one that is allowed)).
You can read more about the ALGS and its rules here:

Hey semiprocon, thanks for the post!
Just to be clear, the forums are not ALGS support, but I did want to clarify what we can.
You can find the official ALGS rules here, with 4.2, 4.3, and 5.1 being the relevant sections here. Specifically, the devices you've mentioned would not be included and you'd need to use an actual PlayStation or Xbox controller if you opt not to use mouse/keyboard.
Competitors may use a keyboard and a mouse or a PlayStation or Xbox controller while competing
The input device you end up using along with supported peripherals (wired earbuds) would need to be reviewed and approved by an Event Official on-site before any live event.
If you have specific questions not covered in the rules or FAQ, you can reach out via algs@ea.com for any further clarification that may be needed, thanks!
