WHERE IS THE WORKING WEB-HELP REPORT?

for what reason I can't send a complaint about the player on the web-help form from the official link?  it gives me an error 404. what the hell?

yes, I filled both forms. and after filling out each, I confirm - and it gives me an error.

This might have been a temporary issue, checking now I was able to create a test report. 

Looking again now it seems you've created a report recently, has this become unstuck for you?
