Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

2500 hours of gameplay for nothing

Already unfairly banned once (and subsequently unbanned), I have been penalized yet again for no valid reason. The account management is a disaster. Avoid this game; your progress is never safe from a moderation error.

How can a player get banned again after a previous manual review cleared their account? What a waste of time! The irony is that I've been spending most of my time on Hearthstone lately (which is a great world, by the way!). It's mind-blowing: I’m just over here playing cards, and yet I get banned on Apex Legends while inactive.

for the record I have played on Keyboard & Mouse since day one. I use no macros, no VPN, and no third-party software. Nothing.

Help me! I have screenshots of my in-game stats, Discord logs with my teammates, and a full history of my appeals—including the ones from my first false ban. This needs a human review. 

I know that posting on the forum doesn't really help much, but you never know.
