where to report smurfs?

@ILostT0LobaThere is a reason that these options to report are here. Smurfing has made a negative impact on the game. This reporting feature exists for a reason. Smurfing is allowed but its also a report function due to making game-play bad for most who encounter said smurf.

Smurfing in my eyes is 100% wrong and the users know exactly what they are doing when they do it. To pub stomp and rank stomp lower end lobbies. Sure they can play with friends but the fact is smurfing is there to show off to friends dropping 20 bombs and 4k against brand new players thinking they are actually good. I personally highly dislike smurfs with a passion.

Anytime a user interrupts game-play forcing them to question is this game for me or is this how all my games will go. They are gaining an unfair advantage over others by being a lot better then them. Avoiding a in game mechanic of SBMM avoiding their proper lobbies. A lot do these on smurfs strictly for badges because they are not remotely good enough playing against their skill levels to obtain these. So for me it is cheating by manipulating sbmm mechanic to try and look good against bot like players.
