Which post launch legend had the best launch?
Title sums up the question, I personally think Octane had the best launch in terms of balance but I think alot of people may disagree with me. 😅

@Lord_Scorpion34 Yeah agree with vantage being average and balanced now but I really hated 20 vantages when she came out.
Post launch power levels IMO (weak, balanced, OP)
Octane - weak
Wattson - OP (immediately became meta in the ALGS)
Crypto - actually balanced even today just not fun to play as
Rev - didn’t play much this season since it was the start of the pandemic. I believe he was weak because you can only go so far with the ult?
Loba - weak (she rose from the dead when unlimited ammo was introduced to her ult)
Rampart - very weak
Horizon - OP. She only had a 10 second tactical cooldown. The CD timer starts when you use the tactical. It was a 15s CD then the effect would last for 5 seconds then after 10 seconds you have another one.
Fuse - weak
Valk - balanced
Seer - OP to the point it was broken. 8 second scan, revive cancel, heal cancel, blind, 10 damage. LMAO!
Ash - balanced
Maggie - weak/balanced?
Newcastle - balanced
Vantage - balanced
Catalyst - weak

@Cheese9Man Are these ratings season they launched or now? People cried about Valk being OP lol. Even tho season she launched I don't think she was. She became OP more people used & got used to her?
Rev was pretty weak until Revtane became a thing 😂.
I don't think Loba was that weak. What made her weak was her bracelet kept breaking & you couldn't run when you threw it anyway. I feel like they could buff her more as I've listed in my Buff thread & she still wouldn't be OP.
A lot of people play Catalyst. I haven't myself but I'm leaning towards not very weak since can reinforce doors & lay down spikes. Paired with other def legends could be an insane team.

@Lord_Scorpion34 Leaning on weak. Reinforced doors get destroyed quickly by grenades, and she's only allowed to reinforce 2 at once - 99% of buildings in game have more than 2 doors and on day one alot of people just destroyed spikes, ones who didn't had no idea about the tick damage "the saving grace and most likely the first thing respawn would nerf if they gave a her adjustments". Pairing with other set-up defense legends makes sense but for her it's a necessity, while the others have it as an option. (Que somebody to bring up ult)
