@itsNologyTTV Record your gameplay, go back and watch it. Usually, you think u one clipped someone and maybe only did 112 damage. See, were they strafing, using cover, etc? Did you damage them (poke damage) before pushing?
Did they poke damage you without you healing before the 1v1? Did you expose yourself and not utilize cover? Etc.
Although no-reg does occasionally happen, usually you're just getting out played or making mistakes. Most often leaving yourself out in the open and being an easy target.
Record your gameplay and rewatch it, then you can answer your own questions.
