Why Apex Devs are not serious

This game let me buy season pass but I m facing trouble to farm XP.  I face cheaters 8/10 matches and my mood become worse.  the report does not work. I have recorded videos of cheaters but they still play apex with the same account. I can track them in apextracker website. it is a worse stage of the game. game cant does not stop cheaters and EAC cannot ban them even we report them.   EAC do care about cafes system but cafe owner's do not care about their systems. they just care about money. they provide cheats to their customers to let play game with hacks in their cafe. they charge high money from customers. you see many cheaters still playing a game from the same account because EAC does not ban cheaters easily and cheaters get 500 to 1000 kills and till cafe owners get a lot of money.  when a system or account get banned. they get a new account. if the system gets banned, they sell that system in the market and buy used system again at a cheap price. search on an Asian website, you can see a lot of good CPU at a cheap price. 

EAC needs to ban the cheater system with is a day if they get video proof. they need more active actions. ( it may impact on cafe owners who promote cheats in their cafe. they will not get time to earn money from a customer and they will not able to sell and buy a used system because it will reduce profit from cheats. if EAC bans a cheater within a day with video proof then.

put some security to create a new account. too must spammer in the lobby and they leave after * voice. 

add ping based lock region. do not let us choose data server mamually. it will help us to remove outsider cheaters

cancel animation need to fix. many players use macros and scripts to cancel animation and it against fair gameplay. let one animation to complete and second animation start.

let use spectate whole enemy team.  ( today we faced cheater team( x,y,z) and I died from cheater (x) and my spectate moved on my teammate and he died from another player(y) and spectate moved on (y) player so I cannot report or record a proper cheater.

remove they spectating view eye. it only helps to cheaters and let them disable they aimbot. I can show you a video here but you do not allow us to show cheaters video here. he disabled his aimbot only after I died because he knew that someone is watching him but he did not disable wallhack. so that option just help to cheaters

a current position of apex is not good in Asian. I added 79 friends in origin after apex legend release from PUBG friend list and they all played apex legend in the first month of release but they returned back to pubg after seeing a lot of cheaters and only 10 to 12 active in origin . you can see in picture. 15 friends are online and just 7 friends are playing from 79. 

what do you guys think? are my issues(community) are valid and devs need a fix in next update.
