Why are people so afraid to buy their ult in Arena?

Like I would understand if it's something like Pathfinder ult or Rampart ult but why are people so damn afraid to buy their ult or even use them? Are you saving your ult for next game or something?...

@Daze623 Depends on the character but I always buy my ult if it is a good one for the map.

@hayhor I always buy my ult once the round starts where I can buy my main gun's level 4 attachment + 1-2 shield batts. If I don't use it I still keep it anyway for when I really need it. I usually play Octane,Wraith,Bang.

  @Daze623 I gotta admit I dont worry too much about a second gun or max attachments. And now that E9 has showed me the fun that is a decked out mozzy I can save even more credits. lol

    @hayhor I suck at using the mozzy tbh. I prefer p2020 more. I just can't aim with that gun.
