Why are you still banning me?

I do not understand why they ( Terms of Service team) do not tell me why, download the game again, create another account and they have banned me again, someone who can help me? I do n...

Sorry to say but there is nothing we can do on AHQ in relation to ToS sanctions.

If you have questions or concerns @raelsh then you will need to speak to our Terms of Service team.

Click Contact usat the top of any page on EA Help.

Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.

Choose your platform.

Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.

Fill out any other details below.

For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.

Click Select contact option.

Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

Normally EAC wont do a HWID ban unless an module or service program that is commonly used for cheat is detected over a period of time. Other words if you do use a cheat it will take multiply detection before the software issues a automated HWID ban or for example if you make or create multiply accounts with same resulting detection's. If you want help from a community it will require help from your end such as..

1) DxDiag text file which shows what type of drivers you currently have installed for your operating system. While this isn't the place where cheats are found sometimes drivers can cause issues. To create a txt file do the following:

Press the Windows Key and R on the keyboard.
Type "dxdiag" in the box and press enter.
Click on Save All Information.
Make certain that "dxdiag.txt" is in the File Name: box and that the file will save to your desktop.
Click on Save.
Click on Exit.

2) Msinfo it shows a information window of everything that is currently your computer and what hardware and software is currently on it. If you did by some means cheat these cheats will create connection going outbound and also will show up in modules which is what EAC looks for mainly. What we need to see is a txt file of your software environment.

Press the Windows Key and R on the keyboard.
Type "msinfo32" in the box and press enter.
Click on Software Environment then go up to File.
Click on EXPORT.
Type "msinfo32-Software" in the box.
Click on the place you want it to save to "We suggest Desktop"
Click on SAVE.
The msinfo will then save as a text file to the place you requested.
You can close the window now.

I am not saying you are cheating its only in example however this will help us and and the people at EA to solve the issue faster..

If you feel uneasy posting info like this on a community board then that is fine you do not have too, however this also means we as a community can not help you. If you wish to have this resolve with EA I would totally provide those 2 files through their support page without this info nothing can be or will be done about said ban.

!!!!!WARNING!!!!!!!!Just so you know if you did cheat they will show up so think your actions thoroughly through if you do decide to post these files on a community board!!!!!
