Why do I keep getting put with plat iv and higher as a plat 1?
I just want fair matchmaking. I'm in plat 1 so expect to play with and against other plat 1 players not gold 4 plat 4 players

When in for instance Platinum, you get matched with everyone in Platinum, regardless of tier.
If put with Gold, they most likely play with the other Platinum player.
You have never in your case ever been put up against only your own tier. A Plat IV and Plat I can and will play with eachother.
