What if the player wants to learn how to play LL?
Are you unable to empathize and understand what that person may be feeling? They are obviously attempting to learn a new character, and enjoy a game that is meant to be fun.
Encountering a person such as yourself who can't understand this simple concept might be a turn off to that new player and drive them from the game we love. Is that your desire?

This is mostly what I get if there’s a LL in the team... badges and all so they have played LL before. MAYBE they haven’t played LL in a while or no apex in a while and don’t know the shield but even then, when safe they should rez when you’re right in their face if the time is right.
Most tho have S6/7 banners so they know about shield and if you ping ‘need help’ and run past you it’s not on you...
Yeah i was watching that stream live, and the chat section goes wild. This game won`t be the same if there wasn`t ShivFPS playing it. This guy is a pure legend.
As far as Lifeline goes i agree with the OP. Its super strange. Every time i get Lifeline on my team, he will either die super fast, or if ever need to be revived, the guy will put the shield the opposite site, so i can get shot directly. :D
Tho Auto-revive is annoying as hell, and needs to be removed. :D
@Koochi-QIt's def very irritating when you get people who don't know how to play LL or BH. When I'm BH I'm scanning for enemies as often as possible & hitting survey beacons if I find any for at least the 1st 2 rounds. I'll get teammates that will never scan then we ambushed & die lol.
@scienceteacher74 This is probably the biggest reason why I associated myself with every legend. So that if the character I want gets picked or if the team looks off balance - i.e. too many picked the same type - I can pick another Legend & I'm comfortable using them.
@Lord_Scorpion34Another - point for you. I dislike the BH pickers who scan every chance they get (not saying you do this tho 😛). It was just like the buff that made BH suddenly relevant; the ‘moving scan‘. Suddenly random ppl picked BH who sucked playing with the character.
No one around, no footsteps, in the open scanning... WHY?! Its an open field! Even in a housing district where you can be sure nobody is they scan >.>
As a BH main you have to have ESP! You have to figure out where ppl may be and then scan. Thats how you become a BH that ppl in the begin feared. Now BH is just like LL. Too easy to use. Where old BH required skill & patience. Now it’s Scan McScannerson, become overheated and scan my files every couple seconds!
@Marge010 always a first time for everything, and also...a lot of the people who play this game quite literally have no brains.
I remember reading on the Reddit the reason for the new Sentinel changes (the change from using shield cells to gain a Disruptor effect per shot, to just a flat damage increase), and this was said by a developer, "People didn't understand the old effect and so they weren't likely to use it, and the people that did understand the effect also understood that it relied on enemy RNG to be effective so they didn't use it either."

...you feed the Sentinel 2 shield cells to one shot enemy shields...that's it...that's the old effect...that's as simple as simple gets...how did anyone NOT understand that?
