Why do you all suck?

@xXG0DLYXxEven pros with godtier aim won't engage in fights that have them getting shot from multiple directions and if they do then they die... but to your point; people play this way because they have objectives. Sometimes it's oriented towards completing a challenge and other times it's their own personal goals. Naturally, if your goals aren't the same as theirs then you'll clash. 

As others have suggested, consider playing with pre-mades instead of rolling the dice by solo queuing and getting frustrated at the results.
