Why does ea keep declining my cases?
Ive been trying to contact EA Support for a couple days now and whenever i create a case, i get declined. Ive tried on three separate occasions and they still declined me. Ive been trying to figure out why i got banned and maybe even get me unbanned because i hadnt played apex for quite a while prior to me getting banned. One day i went off for a month or two, next im banned without any knowledge of why it happened. Ive sent a few cases asking why my cases have been declined and they got declined too. I dont get this. I think this is unfair to not even tell me why im banned. Ive spent 282.6 hours and a lot of money on this game. It really sucks to see that im getting almost ignored and treated this way. I believe i deserve to know why i got banned at the very least. Please help.

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, the only thing you can do is to dispute any action taken against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

It is my understanding that you can appeal a ban a number of times, up to 3, which you may already have done so the ban would be permanent.
