Why does my gun reload after one shot with full mag

I play on Xbox and, In apex legends my weapon reloads after shooting a single bullet, and is causing me to lose gunfights, how can i fix this. This is also happening on different controllers in game ...

Hey @WackLikeCrack with which weapon are you seeing the issue?

    @EA_Darko This was happening with all weapons, the semi-automatics would reload after a shot and the full autos would reload after releasing trigger before magazine is empty.

    WLC
