why don't i get a simple answer when i do a bug report?

I reported a bug about Loba tactical color not changing when i switch skins and no one genuinely even gave me an answer, what is the point of reporting if they do not bother to look it up, I cannot submit a support ticket because at least they would listen to me when i complain, but no, they only bother of other things, I know there are other important bugs with high value than mine. But like this it is worthless even trying to report a visual bug.
