Why I can't play with friend with higher Rank?

I'm in Bronze II, and 1st friend is Bronze III and my 2nd friend is Gold IV  in Ranked league queue, my 2nd friend (Gold IV rank) always get disconnect from the match.  why ? can't play with higher...

@EZXG You can mate :S Sounds like your friend has some kind of corruption with the game.
