Why is the charge rifle allowed to be this bad?

@RockScorpion384 All i can say is learn to aim with it. Then you will change your mind. That gun is toxic has zero verticle drop or rise. It has no recoil compensation. Its a point shoot gun. If you aim for body and they are running and you do not keep that laser firing as they run then yes it will do crap damage. This is where tracking players paths comes into play. You need to think if i was this player running with path would i try taking to avoid being shot. This will allow you some lead room to possibly grant better shots landed. Full head shots that gun can do 160 dmg or more. Body shots is 68 total per beam.
