Actually this can be a good idea to have somebody practice shooting with you, 1v1.
It could be hard to coordinate though and could easily get miss understanding if you don't have a mic.
@asukojo just whack friendly fire on and shoot them, that'd be a clear communication I think. XD
If it is a bug...then its a good one.
Firing Range can become a social lobby hub to practice on dummies or eachother (without actually downing eachother, just shows damage) or meet new people. Open mic with few randoms in the map
