Why it is Respawn refuses to address the actual cause of third partying?

they’re clearly aware of the issue, they even stated in the KC map update patch notes that changes were made to “ease third partying”  if you really want to address third partying then all you have ...

@Bean2kay9 Third partying will kill the Battle Royale genre mark my words. Watched both ALGS - tell me how 5 or more teams in the last circle has anything to do with skill at all? It was just an RNG massacre where someone gets lucky enough to be the last man/squad standing.
