Why NERF the RE45?

I understand sometimes there is a balance issue with a weapon or sometimes a weapon issimply too OP and needs to be dialed back a little.

But why NERF the RE45? Seriosuly what was the point and reasoning behind it? Its not a weapon that most people will run with anyway but it was always a great weapon to find off the bat. 

Now though its absolutely useless. You will never drop an enemy with a single clip if they have armour and I don't know if its just me but even the reload speed seems slower. 

Why do the DEVs keep on messing with fan favorite weapons to the point that makes them feel redundant in the game? 

I remember back in season 1 you would run with the Spitfire and a Peacekeeper. Now you avoid them like the plague. 

The Wingman has also been nerfed so much, the buffed, then nerfed you're just never sure anymore if you want to pick it up. 

Lately it feels like light ammo has been nerfed because even the 301 and R99 don't feel right. 

Its easy to see that the DEVS love the energy weapons.
