Why when the matchmaking gets only 2 people you are forced to stay?

honestly, 2 times today.
the matchmaking makes me and another random start the game without a third member.
so yeah i try to move on since theres no point (at least to me) in staying in a team of 2 members.
now i leave fast and i get punished by the game for leaving a game and not waiting for the game to let me go so i can start over.
it takes until the jumpermaster time to jump to finally leave.
can u fix this? is so annoying. thank you
