Why when you pull a shield from someone you killed, is it full?

I mean you destroyed it so why, when you put it on, is it full again?

@hayhor When you die, your soul goes and transform into some sort of energy which makes a shield charge full. You carry the souls of your defeated enemies on you... xd

@hayhor I think it would make it unplayable as there won't be completely any way to deal with third partying then.

@D3loFF It wouldnt be unplayable but it would change things. People would have to think more before taking on a fight. The game might become more passive. I'd be interested in an ltm to see.
