It is fixed guys, you can get your heirloom in game right now.

I'd suggest waiting for the bug to be fixed. The topics not go anywhere, especially if people are kicking up a stink about it on reddit.

@Cro_Pitttit honestly wouldn't surprise but 🤷🏽‍♂

For anyone that's dubious about it I'd suggest buying the ACE stuff as normal (before it ends and you miss out) and hoarding your Apex packs until there's a solution/ patch.
