Personaĺly, i like dropping into lava fissure, it seems to be a good area for looting that still goes under-dropped/used.
If im jumpmaster and dont fancy frag for reasons like i might be solo or a 2 squad team or maybe if im with noobs, then i think its a great place to land......
But dont tell everyone 😉
The single multi-story building in Fragment West is OP to drop. It's usually not too busy and there is more than enough loot to kit out your squad before moving on. It's not uncommon to be the only squad there. How people sleep on this I have no idea.

For off-the-beaten, I like lava city if the ship is favorable. Good loot! But my favorites are the larger varied structure areas like countdown, staging and lava sihpon.
