Wraith buff

Just as a general note, Wraith has a delay on her ability because it's a literal immortality for a few seconds, making it arguably the strongest single ability in the entire game even with a delay.

The main thing about this is that Wraith is already easily the best, most competent legend in the game, with only Pathfinder being comparable. Her play rates, kills and average damage per game, winrate, etc all speak volumes about how powerful she is, and a large chunk of the playerbase wants her nerfed already. There's literally no reason to buff someone who's already the most powerful legend in the game.
