@Sand_spitter Just because you failed at using her doesn't mean she's weak. Her pick rate to winrate ratio tells otherwise.

Notice something? Everyone had a downside compared to Wraith's kit whose only downside is that she has a cast time for her tactical and other than that there's nothing. Lets not forget her tiny hitbox which is also a big factor in an fps game.
RNG is a factor on who wins but it's not the factor that decides who wins. If that was the case then a bronze would win against Preds but no majority of the time preds would win against bronze. Skills is still a factor in this game. Decision making is a skill. Gun control is a skill. Good movement is a skill.

And if all the best players start using let's say Bloodhound, would the numbers also suggest he needs a nerf? His win rate would be off the charts. Numbers don't always tell the whole story.
Wraith has downsides to her abilities. Enemies can use portals too, works both ways. And when phasing all you need to do is follow the blue streak and shoot where it ends.

You can learn where the good loot is but it doesn't help if you and 5 other pro teams land there all at once. Skill will be a factor, but Apex isn't the best game for demonstrating it properly as the best player won't always win. Tbh I'm not sure if it was even designed to be that competitive in the first place, but people want it to be and this creates a problem. Server tick rate is a good indication of that.

so what if they're playing against her too? That doesn't change a thing. Are you saying that Gibby doesn't need a nerf cause everyone plays against him too?
If they found a way to make BH work as well as Wraith then yeah he would need a nerf but will that ever happen? Lets not forget that Wraith is a popular legend not just for pro players but really bad players too so you'll have to take into consideration how those players will impact the win rate too.

That's why you look around so you can decide where to drop. Lots of people dropping on where you plan to drop? then drop on the nearby poi and just 3rd party.

Yeah but the best players will usually win.They play against her too and I don't hear them complaining about it. If there's a problem with a character we all experience it, just some of us choose to complain and hope we get our way instead of becoming better at the game. It used to be people would find a work around to such things, now it's just change it or else.
People want the game to be fair, but that will never happen. Not in Apex.
What I do think is unfair is that people want changes to be made to weapons / characters because they don't want to deal with it. That's like telling a writer to rewrite pieces in his book over and over and him actually doing it because you don't like it. Feedback is one thing, but the way it's happening in this day and age is pretty damn low. The Caustic buff/nerf situation is a prime example.
There are so many other stuff they could actually be focused on like servers and audio, that they actually should be fixing, but don't.

Just like how a certain pro wraith main complained about a gassy bois incoming buff that forced the devs to not release it right? Also the devs don't rely on the common players complaints, the only ones they listen to are streamers/pros or statistics.

Yeah but they can make it close to fair.
People can complain. It's their right. If you don't like it don't read it. Now whether the devs will listen to them is a different thing. - @Sand_spitter I found the easiest way to cope with these wraith changes. I just stop playing her. While some nerfs are minimal here and there i am just sick of it. Over 10k games on wraith to be scrapped in the yard. all my time and effort into 1 single legend gone because the devs cant do things right when comes to abilities and hitboxes.
I should just play crypto at least then i know he would never see a nerf because no one plays him to complain about. lolol - @E9ine_AC LOL! I hear you! I stopped using her ages ago, but that don't make what their doing right. It's annoying though, and they do it to other characters too.

Nqh, Wraith is perfect atm. She is still super strong. Yesterday Hal won a tournament with her, and in that tournament there was plenty of Wraiths. This just confirm that she is still super viable.
